Chiropractor in Newport Beach
Personalized, evidence-informed chiropractic care that goes beyond the adjustment. Our Newport Beach chiropractors combine thorough evaluation, hands-on treatment, soft tissue techniques and movement-based care to help you reduce pain, restore function and get back to the activities you love.
Not Your Typical Chiropractic Visit
Chiropractic care at OC Well Studio isn't built around getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. Our doctors take the time to understand your symptoms, movement, injury history and goals before determining the right approach to treatment.
Depending on what we find, care may include precise chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, mobility work, exercise recommendations and collaboration with our other providers and treatment options.
The goal isn't simply to make something "pop." It's to help you move better, hurt less and understand what's contributing to the problem.
Better Treatment Starts With a Better Evaluation Pain isn't always coming from where you feel it. That's why our chiropractic care starts by understanding the bigger picture - your symptoms, health and injury history, movement, joint function and the activities that matter to you.
Rather than applying the same treatment to every patient, we use what we find to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate, what type of treatment makes sense, and when another approach or referral may be more appropriate.
Chiropractic for Active Bodies: Whether you're training, competing, golfing, running, or simply want to stay active without pain getting in the way, our chiropractic care is designed with movement in mind. We work with sports injuries, overuse issues, mobility restrictions, and everyday aches and pains to help you recover, move well, and stay active.
Advanced, personalized musculoskeletal care, without the high-volume chiropractic experience:
Clinical expertise
Experienced providers, advanced training, careful evaluation, evidence-informed treatment.
More tools. Better options. More personalized care.
You may not need every treatment we offer—and that's the point. Having multiple therapies and experienced providers under one roof allows us to create a more thoughtful approach to pain, injuries, mobility issues, and long-standing musculoskeletal problems and help you achieve relief as efficiently as possible.
Our goal is simple: help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing what you love.
Boutique experience
Longer appointments, one-on-one attention in a beautiful environment with a collaborative team.

A chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which a trained specialist uses their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. Chiropractic is used primarily to treat pain conditions related to the human musculoskeletal system, ie. — your muscles, joints, and their function.
-
Chiropractic adjustments generally should not hurt. If you have had an acute injury the area may be hypersensitive, which will be considered when determining if manipulation is appropriate. You might feel a “pop” during and some soreness after, but there is little to no pain involved during the actual treatment.
-
Chiropractic manipulation is a safe procedure when applied appropriately. There are some circumstances where it may not be advisable to have spinal or other joint manipulation. If you have a known connective tissue disorder with significant joint hypermobility, joint manipulation may not be an ideal intervention, and if it is used, the regions adjusted should be considered with caution. Advanced arthritic conditions, extremity weakness or functional deficits of the extremities or bowels/bladder, or sudden onset of “thunderclap” headache would be contraindications to undergoing spinal manipulation by a chiropractor or other trained healthcare provider. In these cases medical intervention is necessary.
