Dr. Tara Pierce, DC, MACM, LAc, is a board-certified chiropractor and licensed acupuncturist in Newport Beach with advanced certifications in dry needling and focused shockwave therapy. As founder of OC Well Studio, she specializes in resolving stubborn musculoskeletal pain — including cases that haven't responded to standard treatment — as well as care for prenatal and postpartum women.

Lindsey Shields, CMT, is a certified massage therapist in Newport Beach known for her intuitive touch and calm, attentive presence. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Drainage massage, alongside Swedish massage, fire cupping, and assisted stretching. She tailors every session to how each client's body is holding tension — combining technical skill with genuine care for their comfort and recovery.
